Thai Airways' new Business Class seats offer 60 inches of legroom and recline to 170 degrees.

To promote its new Royal Silk (Business Class) service from Los Angeles and New York to Bangkok, the carrier is offering 50% off the one-way or round trip fare, in effect a two-for-one deal. The JRSILK (fare basis code) round-trip fare, as it’s called, from LAX to Bangkok is $7,188, which comes to $3,594 each. The lowest published Business Class fare we could find in Sabre is $4,700 per person. And the airline allows separate itineraries on the return leg.

Offer valid through May 31 on Thai flights 795/794 and 791/790. No minimum stay, 6-month maximum stay. Outbound date change, $75; cancellation fee, $300. Reservations (800) 426-5204.
