I am looking for options in the Caribbean and Central America as I explore an option to join a company that will certainly make me travel to many destination in that Area. What would you suggest or recommend that I sign up for as fas as frequent traveler is concerned. Thanks and regards.

One would think that with more than 400,000 AmExp miles we could get an upgrade to business class on American, which is the only airline flying nonstop to Buenos Aires from NY. Six months ago -- a year in advance -- there were no upgradable seats in Feb or March; there are still none. In theory, we can call several times a day for the next four months, to see if any additional upgradable seats have opened, but we have better things to do with our time. The 2-for-1 business class deal with Continental is in place, but at nearly $6,000 it isn't a bargain. Any suggestions as to how to find upgradable seats with less aggravation?

If you are looking for Buss class between EWR and LHR look to BA and if they have I class the fare would be $4950 round trip.

I had posted a comment about US airlines vrs Australian. There is no competition. Quantis is probably the best airline I've flown. The seats went almost flat, the staff was kind and more than helpful, my computer had power (just like at home) and the bathrooms were large and even smelled good. Imagine that!
